As you may have noticed, many people use different profile skeletons for their characters. Below are the rules you need to follow, as well as the information you must include depending on what Race you wish to play.

∴ You may use a form on adoxography so long as you have the right info. You can find their forms here: Profile Templates
∴ If you use someone else's form, do not remove their credits.
∴ Please make sure your face claim isn't being used. You can check the list of taken face claims here: Face Claims

Blood Status: Purebred (born between two vampires), Bitten (turned), Half-Bred (one parent is another species)
