You approach the mechanic's shop and are intercepted by a brunette-haired man. "Hey, I'm Jay," he introduces himself. "If you're looking for a ride, follow me." He leads you to the yard out back where you find various modes of transporation. "Take a look around and lemme know if you're interested in anything."
