The Forbidden District is a mysterious location connected to Haven City. You can access this area by going across the bridge or through the sewers. However, a brick wall has been erected on the bridge, metal bars have been soldered to the sewer entrance, and the area is heavily patrolled. Getting in and out is difficult and requires skill, stealth, and cunning. A plot involving The Forbidden District will gradually unfold.

- screaming can occasionally be heard within The Forbidden District (but you do not know who/what is screaming or why)
- if you venture deep enough, you will encounter monsters (they do not belong to any race you recognize)
- you cannot communicate with the monsters (they growl/hiss/click in a language you do not understand)
- most of the monsters are hostile
