Queen and/or King (2)
This is the current leader of Haven City.
Prince/Princess (oo)
These are the children of the King/Queen. The eldest child is next in line for the throne.
Priest and/or Priestess (2; may take on apprentice)
Oversees the healers.
Priest and/or Priestess (2; may take on apprentice)
Oversees the healers.
General (2; may take on apprentice)
Oversees the royal guard, hunters, and scouts.
Royal Guard (oo)
Highly skilled and disciplined warriors entrusted with protecting the royal family.
Advisors (oo)
Members of the Covenant who are retired. They are consulted for their wisdom and expertise. Though they are highly respected, they hold no real authority.
Aristocrats (oo)
People whose lineage and financial standing earned them a position above commoners. Though they are not members of the Covenant, they hold political influence due to their finances and investments in the royal family. Many are even related to the royal family.
Subordinates
Healers (oo)
Whether there is plague or injury, the healers are called in to prevent death and the spread of disease.
Hunters (oo)
Responsible for eliminating all manner of beasts and monsters. If the scouts spot a threat to the city, the hunters are usually the first to be dispatched.
Scouts (oo)
They patrol the borders and within the city for the unauthorized presence of supernatural beings.
Peasants (oo)
"Rogue" humans who have no rank and do not belong to the Day Walkers' Covenant. They may take up their own independent occupations. Examples include merchants, farmers, bounty hunters, etc. Regardless of occupation, commoners have a lower social status than members of the Covenant (this includes scouts, hunters, healers, etc).
