It has a sort of rugged charm to it, I suppose.

The poor district of Haven City. Most people who reside in this area live in apartments. Houses are a rarity and a luxury for the people here. Supernatural creatures (werewolves, vampires, etc.) who are permitted to live in Haven City typically reside in this district as well.
