The Howling Lake

Wait, was that there before?

On the outskirts of Bedlam City. Similar to Scrying Lake, The Howling Lake acts as a portal for demons and ghosts to access the realm of humans, werewolves, vampires, etc. It got its name for the Howlers; birdlike demons that roost here and howl into the night. Dawn never touches this place and the red moon can always be seen hanging low in the horizon. Ghosts and demons are unbothered by its creepy atmosphere and find it a relaxing place to go for a dip.
