Lets dip into another realm

Scrying Lake is a gateway to The Inbetween Place. Skilled witches are capable of opening the portal in these waters and guiding travelers to and fro.

Otherwise, it is a lovely place to have a swim with its crystalline waters. Witches can also use the water's surface to "scry" for visions or communicate with ghosts, demons, and other witches.
